The terms that apply when you use BitPad.
Using BitPad
By using BitPad you agree to these terms and to the Disclosures. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 18.
Your responsibilities
- —You're responsible for the coins you launch, including their name, image and description.
- —You won't launch coins that impersonate anyone, claim a false endorsement, or harass a channel.
- —You're responsible for securing your wallet. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions.
Channels
A channel can ask to be excluded at any time and we'll honour it, which stops BitPad buying for them and removes them from the boards here. It does not remove the coin from the blockchain or from Pons, which is outside anyone's control.
Payouts
We spend the fees a coin generates on the channel it names, on the schedule described in the docs. We don't guarantee any particular amount, timing, or that a given platform will accept a payment.
No warranty
BitPad is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, coin prices, or on-chain activity.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
