How payouts work
BitPad holds the fees, converts them, and sends. Nothing waits on the streamer.
Twitch
The channel's share is spent on gifted subs, which go to chat the way any other gifted subs do — with an alert, in front of the audience.
Kick
Kick has no gifted-sub equivalent a third party can buy on someone else's behalf, so the share is sent as a donation to the channel instead.
TikTok
The share is sent as gifts on the channel's Live, which requires the channel to be live at the time.

Anything under the minimum rolls into the next sweep rather than being sent as a dust-sized gift. A sweep that can't complete — a channel that isn't live, a platform that refuses the payment — rolls over the same way.
What appears on the Payouts page
Only sends the payout system has actually reported. The site cannot write its own ledger entries, so an empty Payouts page means nothing has been sent, not that something is missing.
